May 25, 2018 - Scottsdale-based Flo’s Restaurants Inc., which runs the three Flo’s Asian eateries in the Phoenix metro area, has successfully reorganized and exited Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The company was able to close its case without having to shutter any of its restaurants. On March 21 the restaurant’s reorganization plan was approved by the Arizona Bankruptcy Court and on May 22, the case was closed.
