Mar 06, 2018 - CSRA Inc. was pursued by two other potential buyers along with General Dynamics before the Falls Church defense giant triumphed in a bidding war that is poised to create the second-largest government IT and professional services player in the market.
That’s according to new regulatory filings that flesh out the timeline from when Falls Church-based CSRA was first approached about an acquisition to when it agreed to a $9.6 billion cash-and-debt union with General Dynamics, announced Feb. 12.
